Easter: Bunny Banner

With Easter approaching, I wanted to do a little decorating, so I turned to Pinterest, and I found this bunny banner which I thought would be fun to create. 

I choose really springy paper patterns and used a template to cut out the bunny.

I cut a white satin ribbon that would span the length of my fireplace and placed the bunnies on the ribbon to make sure I had enough. Once that was complete, Alex helped me glue on their tails. 

The original image on Pinterest used four cotton balls, but I liked the look of one better—I just stretched out the cotton ball to make it fuller before I glued it on.

I then adhered the bunnies with tails to the ribbon and hung on the mantle.
