Summertime in Vermont - Take 1

One of Andy’s favorite things to do in the summer is visit Vermont and spend as much time on the lake as possible. He loves spending time with Alex on the water too. 

In August, we were able to spend a weekend in Vermont, playing in the water, jumping off the dock, digging in the sand, going sailing, fishing (the boys anyway), and just enjoying time with family on the water. After the sun went down, we had pie and ice cream and just talked—the best way to end an evening!

This was Alex’s first time fishing. He loved the boat, didn’t love touching the fish so much.

Andy also captured a few photos of the flowers in bloom and some of the sunsets over the water—they were beautiful! 

We love our time in Vermont and we are lucky we have a place to gather with family.
